The mission of Midwest Investment Services Inc. is to passionately and care-fully solve problems facing sellers of real estate and to empower those we do business with- with exciting opportunities – maintaining professionalism, credibility, and experience; and utilizing cutting edge investing techniques, as well as our God-given abilities and resources.

We are a real estate investment and development company. We are not realtors. We are not looking to list your home for sale. We provide a real service to the community by 1) renovating neighborhoods 2) helping home-owners in distress (divorce, death, foreclosure, etc.), and 3) helping create home-ownership opportunities for people, many of whom have been turned down multiple times before.  In situations where we are buying, we work with seller's needs, so we don't "low ball" people.  We treat everyone with dignity and respect. When we purchase homes, we don't just have the individual house in mind, but the entire neighborhood. We know that our home improvement impacts a whole neighborhood, so we do quality work.  And in many cases, we turn nonperforming (vacant, abandoned, houses needing a lot of work, etc.) properties into great assets for the community.   We use our cutting edge techniques and creative methods to help people get OUT of a distressed situation and help others INTO becoming homeowners. We strive to make win-win situations in everything we do.
